  1. Post it in five steps

    A cover, what it is, where and when, the details, then publish. No approval queue to join and no one deciding whether you are big enough.

  2. It is screened before anyone sees it

    Your words and every cover you attach are read together, usually inside a minute. If the model is not sure, a person looks.

  3. The guest list runs itself

    Approvals and capacity are handled. When someone withdraws, the next person on the waitlist is promoted in the order they joined.

  4. Check people in at the door

    The list opens when your event starts and stays open for a week, so you can tap people in as they arrive or catch up afterwards.

The things people actually ask

  • What if nobody comes?

    It happens, and it is usually the first one. Your event goes on the board where people browsing the week will see it, and you get a link that opens for anyone, no account needed, so you can put it in the group chats you are already in. Most first events are small. The second one is easier.

  • What does it cost to host?

    Nothing, and there is no limit on how many events you run. That is a commitment rather than an opening offer. A free event carries no fee of any kind, for you or for the people coming. Later there will be paid extras for hosts who want more reach or heavier tools, and a fee on ticket sales if you ever charge for a seat. Posting, joining, communities and the safety work stay free.

  • How do people join?

    They tap once. No forms, no phone calls, no message chains. You can leave it open, or approve people yourself, or set a capacity with a waitlist that promotes the next person when someone withdraws.

  • Can I keep it to my community?

    Yes, and who can SEE an event is a separate question from who can JOIN it. An event can be public and approval-only, or visible only to a community you run. Communities are not something you have to set up first. Most start after a few events, from the people who kept turning up.

  • What if someone reports my event?

    Reports go to the moderation team, and to you where you are the right person to handle it. Nothing disappears because one person disagreed with it. In event chat, a message reported three times is hidden automatically while it is looked at, which is the case where waiting would do the damage.

  • How do I know who I am meeting?

    Hosts earn a verified badge by actually running things: ten events, then a human check. It is not a subscription and it cannot be bought, so it means the same thing every time you see it.
